Presently, we are able to fulfil all orders. Orders will all be sent with MyHermes who are taking their own measures to reduce physical contact with parcels and customers, please find a copy of their statement below.

To avoid unnecessary contact with more people than is needed, parcels are only being posted once a week. So rather than a 1-2 day dispatch time, please expect your parcel to be sent within the next week. If you would like an exact time, please get in touch.

We are fortunate at Sustainable Living to be in a position where no one in our household is currently or has ever been infected. If this was to change we would temporarily put orders on hold and contact anyone with an outstanding order.

We are working inline with current government advice. If anything changes and we can no longer fulfil orders we will contact anyone with outstanding orders.

We are checking government guidelines daily and will update as required. The health and safety of our customers is paramount.

Following the recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the UK we’ve put in place a number of measures to protect our customers as well as our parcel people, so we can make sure that our business is as prepared as possible.

We would like to reassure you that we’re actively following all government guidelines as health and safety remains the top priority across our business to protect our customers and our people. Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at increased risk of contracting the virus as it doesn’t survive long on non-metallic surfaces.

There is currently no impact on our parcel delivery services but you will see some differences in how your courier will go about delivering your parcel from now on as we reduce physical contact.
