Delivery will be made using Hermes unless it is large letter size, in which case Royal Mail Second Class will be used.

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received, usually 1 day.
I ask for payment within 3 working days of making your purchase. Orders will be posted once payment is made.
I try to use good, recycled packaging wherever possible. I use paper tape to seal all parcels.

To ensure your order is with you in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than Sunday 20th December.

If it is after 20th December and you wish to place an order for Christmas, please email me and I will endeavour to do my best to supply you with an express shipping option. Please note: This may incur an extra shipping cost.


In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify me at if you wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days, from the date you notify me, to return the goods.
You will get a refund within 14 days of either Sustainable Living receiving the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Sustainable Living will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day, only the basic cost will be refunded.
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel. This includes perishable items so any food items are non-returnable.  For hygiene reasons once any grooming products have been opened they are no longer able to be returned, such as bamboo toothbrushes.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to refund a faulty product within 30 days of receiving your product. Please email me at and I will endeavour to help you as soon as possible.
